I had a pretty good experience overall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I just think they could use a bit more signage inside for first-time visitors like myself. It took me a minute to find where to go when I walked in, but the team was quick to assist me once I approached the counter. I appreciate the assistance and will definitely return.

I had a fantastic experience at this bank recently. The staff members were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made my visit so much more pleasant. I went in to open a new account, and not only was the process straightforward, but I was also given detailed information about all my options. I appreciate how patient the representative was in answering all my questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed. The bank's interior is clean and organized, making it easy to navigate. I also love that they offer Saturday hours; it really helps those of us with busy schedules. The only minor downside was that there was a bit of a wait on a Thursday afternoon, but the staff handled it efficiently. I also wished they had more ATMs in the area, as I prefer using them over going inside. Overall, I’m really pleased with my decision to bank here and feel confident about my financial future with them. I recently switched to this bank, and I have to say, I'm impressed! The online banking platform is very user-friendly, which makes checking my balance and making transfers a breeze. The mobile app is also quite functional; I can easily deposit checks from my phone, which is a game-changer for me. Plus, the customer service has been top-notch. I had a minor issue with a transaction, and when I called, the representative was incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. My only piece of constructive feedback would be that I wish they had more flexible hours during the week, as my job doesn’t allow me to visit during the regular hours. However, the Saturday hours are definitely a plus! I’ve already recommended this bank to a few friends, and I will continue to do so!
