As someone who has been to numerous orthopedic clinics, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. The facility itself is modern and well-maintained, which already sets a positive tone. Dr. Lee was thorough and genuinely interested in understanding my issues rather than just rushing through the appointment. The individualized treatment plan he created for my lower back pain was refreshing, and I’ve seen considerable improvement in my mobility and comfort levels. I also loved how the staff checked in on my progress consistently. However, I noticed that some of the front desk staff could use a bit more training on handling patient inquiries. They were kind but seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Nevertheless, I'm grateful for the attention and care I received here, and I will definitely return for future needs.
