What a fantastic experience! I had been anxious about my upcoming surgery, but the team here really helped alleviate my fears. Dr. Prasad is not only highly skilled but also has a wonderful bedside manner. He took time to answer my questions thoroughly and reassured me about the entire process, which I found incredibly comforting. The facility itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I particularly appreciated how the staff treated me like family. The only feedback I would offer is perhaps a more streamlined check-in process, as I had to fill out quite a bit of paperwork upon arrival. Nevertheless, the care I received during and after the surgery was top-notch. I felt supported throughout my recovery and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I healed. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering surgery; you will be in excellent hands!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the surgery team. From my initial consultation to post-op care, every single staff member was attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Prasad took the time to discuss my concerns in depth, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients. The facility is beautiful, which made me feel more relaxed before my procedure. I was especially impressed with how the surgical team communicated with one another during the operation. It gave me confidence knowing they were all on the same page. The nurses in the recovery room were simply wonderful! They checked in on me frequently and offered me support and comfort during a somewhat nerve-wracking time. My only suggestion would be to provide patients with a clearer timeline for the day of the surgery; I felt a bit lost during the wait times. However, the care I received more than made up for it. I am grateful for the entire team and the results I’ve seen so far. If you’re looking for quality surgical care with a personal touch, this is the place to go!
