I had a fantastic experience at this motorcycle repair shop! I was in desperate need of a tune-up for my bike before a long trip, and they came highly recommended by a friend. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which really built my trust in them. I recently took my motorcycle in for a full service, and I have to say, I was quite impressed! Right from the start, the staff was engaging and knew their stuff. They thoroughly examined my bike and explained everything that needed attention, including the brakes and tires, which I suspected were wearing out. The turnaround time was decent too. I dropped it off on a Wednesday, and it was ready to go by Friday. They even provided updates on the progress, which was a nice touch. One of my favorite parts was how clean the shop was; it speaks volumes about their professionalism. I did notice that while they were great at communicating about the work done, the waiting area felt a bit cramped, especially when a couple of other customers were there. A more comfortable waiting area with some refreshments would make the experience even better. All in all, I’m very satisfied with the service and the expertise they provided. I’ll definitely return for any future maintenance I need.
