I had high hopes when I visited this beauty salon based on all the rave reviews, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at home right away. I opted for a haircut and color, and the stylist really took her time to ensure I was happy with the results. I appreciated her attention to detail; my hair looks fabulous! However, I did feel like the appointment ran a bit longer than expected. I arrived at 2 PM, and it was almost closing time by the time I left, which was a little stressful, especially since they close the doors at 6 PM. I think better time management could enhance the experience. That said, the final results were worth it! I walked out with vibrant hair and a huge smile on my face. I’m definitely coming back, but I’ll make sure to book my appointment earlier in the day next time!
