After a disappointing experience at another supplier, I was really relieved to find this place! They have a fantastic range of products, and I was particularly impressed by the selection of new CPAP machines and accessories. The technician I spoke with was named James, and he took the time to walk me through the features of the latest models, which was incredibly helpful. It was evident he was knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. The atmosphere of the store was welcoming, and I felt comfortable asking questions. I was also happy to see they have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it convenient for everyone. One minor suggestion would be to extend their hours on Saturdays, as I think it would help many customers who can’t make it during the week. I visited recently for some respiratory equipment, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they catered to my needs. I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff at this medical supply store were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
