Had my first appointment here and overall, it was a good experience. The office was nice and clean, and the staff was very welcoming. Dr. McLaughlin took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which made me feel at ease. The only downside was the waiting time, which felt a bit longer than expected. Having moved to the area recently, I was quite anxious about finding a new dentist. After reading a few reviews, I decided to give this place a try, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. I loved how Dr. McLaughlin took the time to listen to my dental concerns without rushing me. He explained my options clearly and helped me decide on the best plan of action for my dental care. The environment was very calming, which made a huge difference for my nerves. During my appointment, I could tell he really values patient comfort; he was gentle and reassuring throughout the cleaning. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have more clear signage to help new patients find the office easily. But honestly, this was a fantastic experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to friends and family!
