The repairs were completed within a few hours, and they even followed up with me later that day to ensure everything was working well. This kind of customer care is hard to come by. The only thing I would suggest is to improve their online booking system, as I had some difficulty navigating it. But overall, I am thrilled with how my car was treated and will definitely be returning for any future issues!
