I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Sostak! After injuring my knee during a weekend soccer game, I was feeling pretty down and unsure of what to do next. Dr. Sostak took the time to thoroughly assess my injury, explaining everything in a way that made sense and really eased my concerns. What I appreciated most was his holistic approach; he didn’t just focus on the injury but also on my overall health and fitness goals. The treatment plan he devised included not just physical therapy but also some adjustments to my training regimen, which has really helped.
