I started attending classes here a few months ago, and I have to say, it has transformed my fitness journey! The instructors are incredibly motivating, and the atmosphere is just so uplifting. I do think it would be beneficial if they could offer some workshops focused on nutrition or wellness tips, as that could complement the workouts nicely.
