Visiting this open space has been a delightful experience for my family and me. We often take our weekends to explore the picturesque trails and enjoy the fresh air. One of my favorite things is the variety of trails available—there's something for everyone, from leisurely strolls to more challenging hikes. We recently discovered a hidden picnic spot that was perfect for a family lunch, and the kids loved spotting different birds and squirrels throughout the day. The ranger station provided us with some wonderful tips on where to find the best views, and we definitely took advantage of that! My only suggestion would be to consider extending the hours on weekends so more people can enjoy the space. While it's closed on both Saturday and Sunday, having at least half a day open on Saturdays would be ideal for families wanting to maximize their outdoor time. Still, overall, this is a gem of a place that fosters a love for nature and community engagement!
