What a fantastic experience! I was a bit apprehensive about my first appointment, but from the moment I entered, I felt reassured. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Dr. Ginsburg himself was warm and approachable, answering all my questions about my hearing concerns without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated that he didn’t just jump into the examination but first took the time to understand my history. He used modern equipment, and it was evident he stays up-to-date with his practice. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a more diverse range of magazines in the waiting area to keep patients entertained. Nonetheless, I walked out feeling informed and much more comfortable about my health. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing ENT care. Great job all around!
