I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Zapalac recently for some lingering sinus issues that I just couldn’t shake. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, which is always a plus for me! Dr. Zapalac himself was incredibly attentive. He listened to my concerns and provided a thorough examination before explaining my options in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was how he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. After the appointment, I felt much more informed about my condition and the next steps. The only slight drawback was the wait time; I had to sit for about 30 minutes past my appointment time, but I guess that’s a sign of a popular and busy doctor! Overall, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an otolaryngologist who genuinely cares about their patients.

After struggling with allergies for years, I finally decided to consult an otolaryngologist, and I’m really glad I chose this one. The atmosphere in the office was very welcoming, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Zapalac took the time to conduct a thorough assessment and was very open about the treatment options available. His expertise was evident, and he made me feel at ease throughout the process. I loved that he provided me with practical tips on managing my allergies in day-to-day life, which I found incredibly helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the appointment scheduling; I had a bit of trouble getting through on the phone to book my visit. But once I was there, everything was smooth sailing, and I walked out feeling much better and more hopeful about managing my condition. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this office! The staff were friendly, and Dr. Zapalac was incredibly thorough during my consultation. He helped me understand my condition and gave me clear options for treatment. I felt at ease asking my questions, and he was patient with all of them. The only thing I wish was different is the parking situation; it was a bit tight when I arrived. But overall, I left feeling better and more informed about my health. I would definitely return if needed!

I recently visited this otolaryngologist for some persistent throat issues, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Zapalac was super knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my concerns. What I appreciated most was the way he explained everything in detail; I left the office feeling empowered about my health. The staff was friendly, and the office had a calming environment. My only minor issue was that there were some delays in the schedule, which I understand can happen. However, the quality of care I received more than made up for it.
