I just had my new blinds installed, and I couldn't be happier! The staff was friendly, and they really took their time to explain the different options available. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Jill was particularly helpful in navigating through the different styles and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The installation process was quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion would be to improve the layout of the store a bit; it felt a little cramped at times, especially during busy hours. Nonetheless, the quality of the products and the level of service I received definitely outweigh any minor inconveniences. Will return for future updates!

I had such a positive experience at this window treatment store! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I was particularly impressed with the extensive selection of materials and styles they offered. I was looking for sheer curtains to add some softness to my home, and Jill helped me pick out a lovely sheer that fits perfectly. The only hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than I expected for them to arrive, but Jill kept me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated. The only downside was that I had to wait about a week for installation, but it was definitely worth it.
