I had been considering LASIK for years and finally decided to go for it at this eye care center. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The consultation was incredibly thorough, with Dr. Jenkins taking the time to discuss my options. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and I felt very supported by the staff throughout the entire process. Post-surgery, they followed up to ensure everything was healing well, which made me feel valued as a patient. The only downside was that the parking situation can be a bit tricky, especially during busy hours, so I'd recommend arriving a little early. Overall, I'm overjoyed with my new vision and would do it all over again without hesitation!

I just had LASIK done here, and wow, what a difference it has made in my life! From the outset, the staff was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable, which is crucial when you're about to have eye surgery. Dr. Jenkins has a wonderful bedside manner; he was reassuring and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly. The surgery went smoothly, and by the next morning, I could see without glasses for the first time in years! I did experience some minor dryness in my eyes afterward, which was expected, but they provided me with great aftercare tips that alleviated my worries. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a more detailed pamphlet explaining what to expect in the days following surgery, but overall, I can't recommend this place enough. It’s been life-changing!
