I had my dental check-up here last week and overall, it was a solid experience. The office is very clean and has a calming vibe, which I really liked. The dental hygienist was friendly and did a great job explaining each procedure she performed. Dr. Frankel was thorough during my examination and made sure to address my concerns about sensitivity I’ve been experiencing. I appreciated her advice on how to manage it. My only critique would be that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, even with an appointment. However, given the level of care I received, I think it was worth it. I left feeling better about my dental health and grateful for the service.

From start to finish, my visit was wonderful! The office is well-maintained and has a relaxed atmosphere. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff, as they got me in quickly for my appointment. Dr. Frankel has an excellent bedside manner; she took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I was especially pleased with how they handle patient care—it's clear they prioritize comfort and satisfaction. My only suggestion would be to provide more detailed information on aftercare for procedures; I had to ask a few follow-up questions. Overall, a delightful experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

After moving to the area, I was anxious about finding a new dentist, but I’m so glad I found this practice! The atmosphere is bright and inviting, which really helped soothe my nerves. The staff's friendliness made my visit pleasant from start to finish. I had a filling done, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and pain-free the whole process was. Dr. Frankel's attention to detail and gentle approach made me feel comfortable. Plus, she took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I appreciated. The only downside is that they don't open on weekends, which makes scheduling tricky for those of us with busy weekdays. Still, the quality of care I received was top-notch, so I'm more than willing to work around that. Definitely a five-star experience!

This dentist's office is fantastic! I had an emergency situation with a toothache, and they managed to fit me in the same day. The front desk staff was really accommodating and understanding of my pain. Dr. Frankel took such great care of me, quickly diagnosing the issue and providing a clear treatment plan. I was nervous about the procedure, but her calming demeanor made all the difference. I recently had my first appointment at this dental practice, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and warm, making me feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, with plenty of magazines to keep me entertained while I waited. My dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the cleaning process to me and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Frankel herself was professional yet personable, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated that she discussed my dental health in detail, outlining a plan that suited my needs. The only thing I wish they’d improve is the online booking system, as it can be a little confusing at times. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for my next check-up. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!
