The environment is friendly and professional, and Jennifer is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to go over my current policies and suggested a few changes that could not only save me money but also provide better coverage than what I had previously. I was really impressed with her knowledge and honesty—she clearly wants the best for her clients. The only thing I would suggest is extending office hours a little later on weekdays; I found it challenging to find a time that worked for my schedule. But honestly, once you get in there, you’ll feel like family. I’ve already referred friends to her, and I’ll continue to do so!
