I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Martel and his team. The appointment scheduling was easy, and the staff was prompt in getting me in for my visit. Dr. Martel's bedside manner was exceptional; he was patient and thorough in his explanations. I appreciated how he took the time to address my concerns without making me feel rushed. The only thing I would suggest is for them to work on streamlining the check-in process as I found it a bit slow. However, once I was seen, I felt like I was in great hands. As someone who has seen numerous specialists over the years, I can honestly say that my visit to this office was refreshing. Dr. Martel is not only knowledgeable but also brings a sense of humor to what can often be an uncomfortable situation. He explained my diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with the next steps in my treatment. The office itself is well-organized and has a modern feel, which made my experience even better. The only small hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than expected because the previous appointment ran over time. However, I can understand how that happens in the medical field. Overall, I felt valued and cared for, and I truly appreciate how the entire team works together to create a positive experience for their patients.
