I recently took my grandmother's old watch in for repair, and I was so impressed with the service! The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about preserving my grandmother's memory. They took the time to explain the repair process and estimated a timeline that they actually met. The watch looks as good as new! My only suggestion would be to perhaps have more seating in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded during my visit. Overall, a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience here when I took in my watch for a battery replacement. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the process quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the service was, considering the quality of the work. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I brought in a vintage bracelet that had seen better days, and I was really nervous about how it would turn out. The staff took their time to discuss my concerns and made some wonderful suggestions for the repair. When I picked it up, I was blown away! It looked stunning, far beyond my expectations. The only thing I noticed was that communication could be a bit clearer during the waiting process — I had to follow up on my order status a couple of times. But in the end, the quality of the work made it all worth it. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing jewelry repair!
