I had my first visit here last month, and I was impressed overall. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was polite. Dr. Vilaythong was very thorough in her examination and took the time to answer all my questions. I especially appreciated her holistic approach to my health concerns. However, I did experience a slight delay before my appointment, which can be expected, but I would recommend that they try to keep wait times shorter. Still, I walked away with a clear action plan for my health, and I’m excited to implement the changes we discussed. I would certainly recommend visiting her if you’re looking for a caring internist.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The care I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The office was clean and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Vilaythong took the time to listen to all my concerns and was incredibly thorough during the examination. What I appreciated most was how she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—no medical jargon that leaves you confused! I also loved that she didn’t rush through the appointment; it felt like she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it did get a bit crowded when I arrived. Overall, I left with a sense of relief and trust in her capabilities. Definitely planning to return for my follow-up and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent internist!

Absolutely loved my visit! Dr. Vilaythong is a breath of fresh air in the medical field. She was warm and friendly, making me instantly comfortable. I felt like she genuinely listened to my concerns and tailored her advice to my specific needs. The office was pristine and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I would say the only minor downside was that the parking situation could be better; I had to circle the block a couple of times before finding a spot. Nonetheless, I’ll definitely be back for future visits!

I visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience! The clinic was organized, and I was seen fairly quickly, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Vilaythong was very approachable and made me feel comfortable discussing my health issues. What really stood out was her commitment to preventive care; she provided me with helpful tips and resources that I hadn’t considered before. Although the appointment ran a bit long due to a patient before me, I didn’t mind because it was clear that each patient was given the same level of care and attention. I would suggest they improve their appointment reminder system, as I had a bit of confusion about my appointment time. Other than that, I left feeling empowered and with a better understanding of my health. Overall, I highly recommend her services!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was kind, and the check-in process was quick. My only suggestion would be to offer online scheduling; it would make booking appointments even easier! Overall, I’m grateful for the care I received and would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation.
