My experience with this internist was overall very positive. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. Dr. Hwang-Ki was very attentive during my visit, really taking the time to discuss my medical history and any health concerns I had. I appreciated how he laid out a clear plan for my treatment and offered alternative options. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a slightly more comfortable seating arrangement in the waiting room. It’s not a big deal, but I think it could enhance the overall experience. That said, I left feeling like I was in great hands. I will definitely be returning!

As someone who has seen various internists over the years, I can honestly say this one is exceptional! I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment, especially considering my previous experiences. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was seen promptly. Dr. Hwang-Ki was incredibly thorough and took the time to address all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially liked how he explained complex medical terms in a way I could easily understand. The only drawback was the limited parking space, which can be a bit tricky during busy hours. Still, the quality of care I received outweighed that minor inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend this place!
