I can’t say enough good things about my visits to this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and a sense of care that’s hard to find elsewhere. Dr. Howard is not only a skilled dentist, but he also has a great sense of humor that makes even the most anxious patient feel more relaxed. I’ve had several procedures done, including a filling and a cleaning, and he always ensures that I’m comfortable and fully informed. The staff is also excellent; they follow up on appointments and have been super helpful with insurance questions. One thing I would love to see improved is the entertainment options in the waiting area; maybe some magazines or a TV with a good show could help pass the time while waiting. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this office if you're in need of a compassionate and professional dental team. It’s definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville!
