I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Wacendak is incredibly warm and attentive; he takes the time to make sure you understand your treatment options. I also love how the office is equipped with modern technology, making the whole process smooth and efficient. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps expanding the office hours a bit; I often find it hard to get an appointment after my work hours. As someone who's moved around a lot and seen numerous doctors, finding a good family practice can be challenging. But I can honestly say that my experience here has been exceptional! Dr. Wacendak is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally personable. During my first visit, he spent a good amount of time understanding my medical history and lifestyle, which I really appreciated. The office staff is equally wonderful; they are friendly and made scheduling my follow-up so easy. The only minor issue I faced was the wait time during my second appointment, which was a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of care more than makes up for it. I’m grateful to have found such a caring doctor!
