Great experience overall! I was initially overwhelmed with all the options available, but the staff took the time to show me various samples and helped clarify the differences between materials. I ended up choosing a beautiful laminate that fits perfectly with my decor. The only thing I would mention is that the showroom could use some more lighting; it was a bit hard to see the true colors of some samples. But other than that, everything was fantastic!

I’m thrilled with my new hardwood floors! The staff were super helpful and made the selection process enjoyable. They guided me through different finishes and types without being overbearing. The installation was completed on schedule, and it looks stunning! The only downside was that the store was a bit busy during my visit, so I had to wait a little longer than expected for assistance. Still, the outcome totally made it worth it!
