I recently switched to this family practice and so far, I've been really pleased. The staff is efficient, and their scheduling system is seamless, which is a big plus for me since I often have a tight schedule. Dr. Coppin took his time during my appointment to go over my medical history and answer all of my questions. I felt like he really cared about my health and well-being. There was a slight hiccup with a follow-up appointment, as I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very apologetic and made it up to me with their great service. Overall, I'm happy with the care I've received and look forward to my continued visits.
