I’ve been a customer at this bank for a couple of years now, and my overall experience has been very good. The convenience of the location makes it easy for me to pop in during my lunch breaks. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with my debit card once, and they resolved it in no time, which I really appreciated. However, I would love to see them extend their Saturday hours just a bit. Closing at noon can be tricky for anyone who works during the week. Other than that, I've been quite satisfied with their services and their straightforward fee structure is a massive plus. I would definitely recommend them!
