I’ve been coming to this shop for both my bicycle and lawnmower repairs for quite some time now. Their technicians are skilled and really know what they’re doing! I appreciate how they take the time to explain things to me; it’s clear they care about their customers. I had my bicycle serviced last month, and they even recommended a few accessories that I didn't know I needed! It’s great to find a business that goes above and beyond. One small area for improvement could be their online presence; it would be helpful to see more of their services and pricing listed on a website. Regardless, the personal touch I received during my visit more than made up for it! I will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.

As a parent, I’ve been taking my kids’ bikes here for a couple of years now, and I can't say enough good things about the service! The staff is always friendly and ready to help, making sure my kids feel comfortable when they drop off their bikes. I recently brought in my daughter's bike, which needed a few repairs, and they had it ready the next day. The prices are fair and the quality of work is outstanding. My only suggestion would be to expand their weekend hours; I would love to drop by on Sundays since that's usually when we have the most time to bike together as a family. Still, I am grateful to have such a reliable place nearby for our biking needs! I always walk away feeling taken care of as a customer.

They took a real interest in my cycling needs, asking questions about how I ride and what issues I was experiencing. After a thorough inspection, they provided a detailed breakdown of what needed fixing. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and their prices were very reasonable. I had some questions about maintenance after I picked it up, and they were more than willing to help over the phone. My only minor critique would be that the parking situation can be a bit tricky, as the lot gets crowded. However, I gladly overlook that for the quality service I received. Definitely coming back here for all my bike maintenance!
