I visited Dr. Barr after hearing great things from friends, and I have to say, they were right! The atmosphere in the office is warm and welcoming. Dr. Barr's approach is holistic, focusing not just on symptoms, but on overall health. I felt heard and understood during my visit, and it made a huge difference in my experience. The only minor downside was that it took a little longer than I anticipated to get an appointment, but I completely understand that good doctors are in high demand. My family has been going to Dr. Barr for a couple of years now, and we have consistently received excellent care. What I appreciate most is how inclusive and safe the environment feels, especially as part of the LGBTQ community. Dr. Barr and his staff create a space where everyone is treated with respect and understanding, which is so important. During our last visit, my daughter had a few health concerns, and Dr. Barr was so patient and thorough, explaining everything in a way that made her feel comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to have a bit more flexibility in appointment scheduling, as sometimes it can be hard to find a time that works for our busy family. But overall, we are very happy with the care we receive!
