I recently had a bracelet repaired here and I couldn't be happier! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the entire process. They even suggested some enhancements that would make it look even better. My bracelet came back looking brand new, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. My only suggestion would be to add more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded on weekends. Overall, a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend it!

What a gem of a place! I took my grandmother's vintage ring in for resizing, and the entire experience was seamless.
