I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I brought my car in for a routine check-up and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient everything was. I had to bring my vehicle in for an unexpected repair after hearing a weird clunking noise. Let me tell you, the team here went above and beyond! From the moment I called, the service was exceptional. They squeezed me in for an appointment the same day, which I really appreciated, especially being a busy mom. Once I arrived, they were very accommodating and explained all my options clearly. I opted for a complete diagnostic, and they found an issue with my transmission. They provided me with a detailed breakdown of the costs and even offered payment plans, which was a huge relief. The repair took a couple of days, but they kept me updated via text messages, which I found so convenient. My car runs like a dream now! The only thing I would suggest is maybe expanding their hours to include Saturdays, as I know many people struggle to get to repairs during the week. All in all, I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Truly a gem of an auto shop!
