I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had a brake issue that needed immediate attention, and after a bit of searching, I found this shop. The team was so accommodating and got me in right away. The mechanic was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was given a fair estimate, and they had everything fixed in a timely manner. The shop itself was clean and organized, which made me feel confident in their work. I also appreciated their transparency with pricing – there were no hidden fees. The only thing I wish is that they had more available appointment slots, as it seems to get booked quickly. As a long-time customer, I can confidently say this shop is a gem! I’ve brought multiple cars here over the years and each time, the service has been nothing short of outstanding. The mechanics are not only skilled but also genuinely care about their customers. I had a complicated issue with my transmission recently, and they took the time to go through all the options with me, ensuring I understood what was needed. They even followed up a few days after the repair to check if everything was still functioning well, which shows they truly stand behind their work. The only downside I noticed is that they don’t offer weekend service, which can be a bit inconvenient for those who work during the week. However, I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else!

I recently took my car in for a routine oil change and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Mr. J, the mechanic, took the time to explain the entire process to me, which really put my mind at ease. I appreciated that he highlighted some minor issues I hadn’t even noticed, and he didn’t push me to take on expensive repairs immediately. Instead, he gave me honest recommendations, which I truly valued. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I noticed they had complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch! The whole experience was efficient, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. My only suggestion would be to perhaps expand their hours to include Saturdays, as I know a lot of people might find that more convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. They truly exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance!
