What a pleasant surprise! I went in for a sudden health issue, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. The front desk was efficient, and I loved that they were so attentive to my needs. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully. I appreciated that they didn’t rush through the appointment. The only suggestion I have is for them to consider adding more comfortable seating in the waiting area. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied and would definitely return if needed!

I had an overall positive experience at this urgent care facility recently. I came in with a sprained ankle and was rather anxious about being seen quickly. Thankfully, the check-in process was smooth, and I was seen by a nurse within 10 minutes! She was incredibly kind and took the time to listen to my concerns. The physician also took a hands-on approach, examining my ankle thoroughly and providing a detailed explanation of my treatment options. They even provided me with some excellent tips for managing the pain at home, which I found very useful. The atmosphere was calm and professional, which helped soothe my nerves. My only constructive criticism would be that the waiting area could use some more magazines or entertainment options to pass the time for those waiting longer. But honestly, I was in and out within an hour, which was fantastic. I left feeling reassured about my injury, and I’m grateful for their attentive care. I’ll certainly recommend this place to friends and family in the future!

I recently visited this urgent care center and I cannot express how relieved I was with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by how clean and organized the facility was. It definitely made me feel more at ease since I was feeling under the weather. The nurse who attended to me was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The wait time was surprisingly short, which is a huge plus for any urgent care! I had a minor injury that required stitches, and the physician was both professional and gentle. They really took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. The only downside was that I didn’t receive any follow-up information about my visit; it would have been nice to have some kind of pamphlet or email outlining what to expect next. Overall, I left feeling cared for and appreciated, which is so important when you're not feeling your best. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Great experience overall!
