What a fantastic journey I’ve had with my orthopedic treatment! I met Dr. Schulte during a referral for my shoulder pain, and I can confidently say she’s a gem in her field. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also made me feel completely at ease during the whole process. The way she explained the diagnosis and the various treatment plans was refreshing. I really appreciated how she included me in the decision-making process, making sure that I understood what each step entailed. The office in West Des Moines has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made my visits enjoyable rather than a chore. I had an amazing experience with my orthopedic care! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly staff that made me feel welcome. Dr. Schulte took the time to listen to my concerns about my knee pain and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated that she didn’t rush through my appointment. Instead, she assessed my situation carefully, and we discussed the best options for treatment. The physical therapy recommendations she provided were spot on; I've noticed significant improvement in my mobility! One thing I would suggest is maybe having more informational pamphlets in the waiting area for patients to read while they wait. But overall, I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I finally feel like I’m on the path to recovery, thanks to Dr. Schulte and her team! Highly recommended for anyone needing orthopedic care!
