I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Pendyal, and I can't say enough good things! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made the check-in process super easy. Dr. Pendyal herself is a fantastic physician; she took the time to listen to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how she explained each step of the examination and provided clear answers to my questions about my health. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. The office is also impressively clean and well-organized, which adds to the overall positive experience. The only minor downside was that I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, but given how thorough Dr. Pendyal was, I can totally understand why. It’s nice to see a doctor who gives their patients the attention they deserve. I'll definitely be returning for my follow-up and would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate family physician. I can't express how grateful I am to have found such an incredible doctor! My experience with Dr. Pendyal was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who's been to various physicians over the years, I can confidently say that her approach is truly refreshing. She combines professionalism with a personal touch that makes you feel like you’re not just another patient on her list. During my visit, she performed a thorough evaluation and explained everything in terms I could easily understand, which I really appreciated. The office has a friendly vibe, and I loved how the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. They were all very accommodating, and it made my visit feel much less stressful. The only suggestion I could offer is to maybe add a few more chairs in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded when I arrived. Overall, I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Pendyal and her team, and I look forward to being a regular patient here. If you’re in need of a family doctor who truly listens and cares, I highly recommend paying her a visit!
