Overall, I had a positive experience with my visit to the ophthalmologist. The office was easy to find, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth. Dr. Kaye was professional and clearly knowledgeable, answering all my questions about my eye condition with patience. The exam itself was thorough, and I felt reassured by his expertise. My only point of feedback would be regarding the appointment scheduling; it took a little longer to get an appointment than I anticipated. I recommend calling in advance if you want to ensure you get in quickly. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with my experience! I had been experiencing some issues with my vision and was nervous about what might be wrong. I chose this ophthalmologist based on the high reviews and honestly, it was worth it. The staff are super friendly and professional, and the office is really modern and well-equipped. Dr. Kaye was amazing! He listened attentively to my concerns and ran several tests to get to the bottom of my problems. I was particularly impressed by how he explained everything in layman’s terms, making it so much easier to understand what was happening with my eyes. The treatment options he suggested were clear and made sense, which removed a lot of my anxiety. I also appreciated that he didn’t rush me out of the room; instead, he made sure all my questions were answered. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have more visual aids in the waiting area to help patients understand eye health better while waiting. But overall, I truly recommend this place for anyone needing eye care. It’s a fantastic choice!

His calm demeanor really put me at ease. I found it particularly impressive how he used the latest technology to check my vision and assess my eye health. It made me feel like I was in very competent hands. After the exam, he discussed my results in detail, addressing all my questions and ensuring I understood everything. This level of care is rare! The only downside was the wait for my appointment; I arrived a bit earlier and still waited around 20 minutes past my scheduled time. However, I chalk that up to his thoroughness and attention to detail. It’s a small price to pay for such great care. Overall, I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful for the compassionate service I received. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients!
