I had a fantastic experience at the office of Dr. Keyhani! As someone who has always had anxiety about eye exams, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and relaxed I felt throughout my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, which really helped set a positive tone. Dr. Keyhani took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and he was very patient with all my questions. I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The exam itself was thorough and informative; I appreciated how he went through the results with me and made recommendations that made sense for my lifestyle. The only small downside was that the office can get quite busy, so I’d recommend scheduling your appointment as early in the day as possible to avoid a wait. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Keyhani, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus when you're feeling anxious about an eye exam. Dr. Keyhani himself was friendly and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel at ease. I appreciated how he answered all my questions in detail, especially regarding my concerns about vision changes. The technology used during my examination was impressive. They have some of the latest equipment, which gave me confidence in the thoroughness of my exam. I particularly liked the retinal imaging; it was fascinating to see the detailed images of my eyes! While I had a fantastic experience overall, I did notice that the appointment times can run a bit behind schedule. I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time before being seen, but I understand that this can happen in busy practices. It's a small hiccup in what was otherwise an excellent visit.
