I had a decent experience getting my side window replaced. The technician was friendly and professional, and I appreciated that he arrived on time. The quality of the glass used seemed solid, and he did a good job with the installation. However, I felt that the process could have been a bit smoother. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the time estimate, which caused a bit of confusion on my end. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice to have clearer communication. Despite this, I would still recommend them for their quality service!

I had a rock chip in my windshield that needed fixing, and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and got right to work. He had all the necessary tools and materials ready and even explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The repair itself was quick, taking no more than 30 minutes, and the end result was fantastic. I can barely see where the chip was! The cost was surprisingly reasonable too, especially for the quality of work they provided. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the effort was absolutely worth it. They also could consider extending their weekend hours to accommodate more customers. Overall, I’m really pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely use them again if I have any other glass issues!
