As a parent, finding the right orthodontist for my kids was crucial, and I’m so glad we chose this practice. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are genuinely kind and supportive. Dr. Starling is fantastic; he has a way with kids that instantly puts them at ease. My daughter was nervous about getting braces, but he explained everything to her in a way that made her feel excited instead of scared. The treatment options were clearly laid out, with no pressure to go for the most expensive option. I appreciated that transparency! One thing I wish could improve is the wait time; we've experienced some delays during our visits. However, the quality of care and the results we’ve seen so far have been worth it. I recently completed my treatment, and I can’t help but rave about my experience! From the very first consultation, I felt welcomed and valued. Dr. Starling’s expertise is evident, and I loved how he involved me in the decision-making process regarding my braces. He explained the different types of braces available and helped me choose what would work best for my lifestyle. The office itself is well-equipped with the latest technology, and the staff is always upbeat and ready to assist. I also appreciated the follow-up appointments, where they checked on my progress and made adjustments as needed. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering more variety in appointment times, as I sometimes struggled to find slots that fit my schedule. Nonetheless, the minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the fantastic outcome. I’m finally proud of my smile, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and care! I started my journey here a few months ago, and I’m really pleased with how everything is going! The staff is incredibly nice and always makes me feel at ease when I come in for my appointments. Dr. Starling is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures to me, which I really appreciated. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my teeth already! The only suggestion I have is to improve the parking situation; it can be a little tight during busy times. I am so happy with the work done here! Dr. Starling and his team really know how to treat their patients with care. I felt like I was in good hands from day one. The office is bright and clean, which was nice. They always explained what they were doing during my visits, which helped ease any concerns I had. My teeth have transformed so much already! One slight issue was that I sometimes felt the appointments were a bit rushed, but overall, the results speak for themselves. If you need orthodontic work, definitely check this place out!
