I had my first visit with Dr. Willyard last week, and it was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the receptionist was super helpful. I appreciated how thorough Dr. Willyard was during my examination; he didn't rush through anything and made sure all my questions were answered. He has a great sense of humor, which helped ease my nerves a lot. The only small downside was the parking situation, as it can get a bit crowded. I’ve been seeing Dr. Willyard for a couple of years now, and I can genuinely say he has changed my outlook on healthcare. His staff is incredibly friendly, making the check-in process smooth and easy. During my appointments, Dr. Willyard takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explain any procedures or medications in a way that I can understand. I recently had a minor health scare, and he followed up with me personally, which made me feel valued as a patient. The only thing I would suggest is extending the office hours a bit, as it can be tough for those of us with a 9-to-5 job to find a convenient time slot. Overall, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable family doctor. I feel fortunate to have found him!
