I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. My car had been making some strange noises, and I was worried about what it might cost to fix. They did a diagnostic and found a few issues, but instead of pushing for expensive repairs, they provided me with options and prioritized what needed to be done immediately versus what could wait. I felt empowered to make the decisions rather than pressured. Their pricing was fair, and they even offered me a discount on some services since I was a first-time customer. The waiting area was comfortable, and they even had a selection of magazines to flip through while I waited. If I had to find a downside, it would be the limited operating hours, which can make scheduling appointments a bit tricky, but honestly, the quality of service makes it worth it! As a newcomer in town, I was a bit hesitant about finding a trustworthy mechanic. After reading some reviews online, I decided to give this shop a try, and I'm so glad I did! The team was incredibly friendly, and they took the time to explain what was wrong with my car without making me feel pressured to spend more than I needed. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they noticed a couple of other minor issues that they could fix while I waited. I appreciate their honesty and transparency. The waiting area is also a plus—clean, with good Wi-Fi, so I could catch up on some work. The only thing I wish is that they could offer more weekend hours, as I work during the week. But overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return when my car needs service again!
