I've been a customer for a couple of years now, and I have to say that my experience has mostly been great. The location is convenient for me, and the staff are usually very friendly. I had an issue with a debit card transaction once, and they resolved it quickly without any hassle. I also appreciate the variety of services they offer, especially the personal loans. The interest rates are competitive which has made a significant difference for me. My only suggestion would be to extend their hours on weekends; I often find myself needing to visit on a Saturday afternoon. The current hours are a bit limited, which can be inconvenient.
