The physical therapists are not just skilled in their craft; they also understand how to connect with children emotionally. They always took the time to explain each exercise to her in a way she could understand, which helped her to feel more in control of her own recovery. Communication is also a strong point here; they provide regular updates on her progress and are always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. One minor feedback I would offer is that sometimes the wait times can be slightly longer than expected due to the high demand, especially on Mondays. However, I believe the quality of care provided outweighs this inconvenience by far.
