I’ve been a client at this agency for a couple of years, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience! Kim and her team are always ready to assist with any questions I have regarding my policy. They really take the time to ensure I’m getting the best possible rates. The office atmosphere is very pleasant, making it a comfortable place to discuss insurance, which can often be a tedious topic. The only downside is their limited hours; I’d love if they were open on Saturdays for those of us who work during the week. However, the staff is always quick to respond to emails, which helps bridge that gap. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and friendly!
