The staff were incredibly professional and understanding, walking me through the repair process step by step. They found issues I was completely unaware of, but instead of pressuring me into unnecessary fixes, they provided me with various options and let me decide what to prioritize. The repairs were done within the promised timeframe, which was a relief. The only thing I think could be improved is the online appointment system; I had a little trouble navigating it. However, their phone service was excellent, so it wasn't a huge deal. I left feeling secure in my car’s performance and grateful for their honest approach.
