I can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles and made my little one feel right at home. The waiting area had toys and books, which kept my child entertained while we waited. Dr. Smith was fantastic; she took the time to explain everything to both me and my child in a way that made it easy to understand. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her young patients. My child was a bit anxious about the visit, but Dr. Smith used some fun techniques to lighten the mood, and by the end of the appointment, my child was actually smiling and proud to show off a new toothbrush! The only tiny downside was that the appointment ran a little longer than expected, which is understandable given that every child is different. However, I appreciate that the focus was on providing quality care rather than rushing through it. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to our next visit!
