I had a fantastic experience here getting a tooth extraction. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calming, which really helped my anxiety. Dr. Lee was gentle and made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure. I appreciated how clearly she explained what to expect. The only thing I would say is that the waiting area could use a little updating; it felt a bit dated. Overall, I would recommend this clinic for anyone needing oral surgery. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at the clinic and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. During the actual procedure, Dr. Smith was efficient and precise, which helped me feel confident in the care I was receiving. The clinic is equipped with modern technology, which I appreciated; I could see that they really invest in their tools and techniques. However, I did notice that the appointment ran a bit late, so perhaps they could work on scheduling to avoid longer wait times. Despite that, the quality of care far outweighed any minor inconveniences. I’m thrilled with how my implant turned out, and I’m grateful for their attentiveness throughout the process!
