I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had several issues with my desktop, ranging from software glitches to a failing hard drive. The team here was thorough in their evaluation and offered me different options based on my budget. I appreciated their honesty and transparency about what needed fixing and what I could possibly DIY later. When I got my computer back, it was running faster than ever! My only suggestion would be to expand their hours a bit, especially on weekends, as I had a hard time finding a suitable time to visit. But overall, I'm beyond satisfied!
