My experience at this eye care facility was fantastic! I came in for a routine checkup, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called in. Dr. Karp took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood the results of my exam. I also loved the selection of frames they had available; it made finding a new pair of glasses fun! If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the parking situation. It was a bit tight, especially during peak hours. However, I will definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs!

I had my first visit here last week, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which is always a plus. Dr. Karp was very thorough during my examination and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I was impressed by the modern technology they used—it really put my mind at ease. However, I did notice that the waiting area was a bit crowded when I arrived, making it slightly uncomfortable. It would be nice if they could find a way to better manage the flow of patients. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the service and care I received and will likely return for my future appointments.

I recently visited this eye care center, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Karp took the time to explain every step of my eye exam, which I really appreciated. The technology used there seems cutting-edge, and I loved how they personalized my treatment plan. The only thing I would suggest is maybe expanding their hours on weekends since it can be tough for those with a 9-5 job to visit during the week. Overall, a fantastic experience!
