What an unexpected gem! I stumbled upon this shop while searching for a new parakeet and was immediately charmed by the atmosphere. The layout is cozy and inviting, with plenty of room to interact with the birds. The staff was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions about different bird species and their needs. I ended up adopting a lovely budgie who has quickly become part of our family. The only thing I wished for was a bit more variety in their bird toys; I found a few options, but a larger selection would be great! However, the quality of the products they do have is exceptional, which makes up for it. Overall, this shop is a must-visit for bird lovers, and I’m excited to come back to see what new friends I might find next time!

I was delighted to find a range of healthy treats and organic foods that I hadn’t seen at other places. Plus, they offer excellent advice on creating an enriching environment for my bird. I can’t say enough good things about the service! My one tiny piece of feedback is that it would be lovely if they offered workshops or classes on bird care – I think it would really help new owners feel more confident. But honestly, this shop has earned my loyalty, and I can’t wait to return soon!
