I just signed up for a new policy with Kris and I’m really pleased with the service I received. He was very thorough and explained every detail in a way that I could easily grasp. I loved that he gave me different options and let me know the pros and cons of each. It really felt like he had my best interests at heart. My only critique would be the parking situation; it was a little limited when I went. But overall, a great experience and I’m glad I chose this agency for my insurance needs!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! Kris Oviatt is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about finding the right coverage for you. I was particularly impressed with how he explained the difference between various plans in a way that was easy to understand. The office is welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. One minor suggestion would be to improve the wait time for appointments, but once I was in front of Kris, all my hesitations melted away. He's just that good at what he does! Highly recommend.
